Dayang has 5 domestic advanced hot rolling production lines, focusing on the production of seamless steel pipes with OD 38mm-325mm and wall thickness 6mm-60mm, with an annual output of 1 million tons.

We have perfect deep processing capability and professional heat treatment technology to ensure that the performance of the products is in line with international standards.
Our advanced production facilities are:
Ring heating furnace, piercing machine, tube rolling machine, sizing machine, nine-roll straightening machine, hydraulic press, leakage magnetic flaw detection, ultrasonic flaw detection, pipe expander, internal and external repair mills, walk-in heat treatment furnace.
Tube Expansion Line
Equipped with 8 high-end pipe-expanding production lines, it can produce large-caliber steel pipes with an OD of 300mm-1500mm and an annual output of 100,000 tons.
Operation guarantee: perfect inventory and logistics system
Dayang has four large-scale warehouses with a total area of 60,000 square meters, stocking 100,000 tons of steel pipes all year round, with a daily throughput of about 4,000 tons. The warehousing facilities are equipped with more than 30 sets of vehicle start-up equipment, which can support full truck shipment and meet the demand of LTL distribution, and are located in the core area of the largest seamless steel pipe distribution center in China, which makes the logistics efficient and convenient.
